Meet Our Leadership Team
Mike Cash
Mike is the president of Cash Custom Homes. He coordinates our vast labor and subcontractor work force. Mike also handles the pickups, deliveries, and materials and systems-built/modular homes. He prefers to be the on-site liaison, getting his hands dirty, and meeting with clients. He is an Appalachian State University alumnus.
Marty Stephens
Marty is a designer and project manager. Marty handles CAD designs for new home plans and commercial projects. Marty also creates project estimates and is the Project Manager for custom built homes.
Teresa Buchanan
Teresa is a licensed Real Estate Broker and handles new home sales and customer relations.
Josh Cash
Josh is the Vice President of the company. He is in charge of custom homes projects, development, and commercial jobs. On top of estimating and project management, he reviews and evaluates job sites. Josh is an Appalachian State University alumnus.
Carol Stephens
Carol is in charge of bookkeeping and accounting data. Carol also helps co-design and specializes in product/materials sourcing for new home projects.
Freida Moore-Culler
Freida is our office admin. She is in charge of public relations, dealing with potential clients, and insurance for customers. She is a registered housing specialist and also a licensed insurance agent.
